![]() #12 Mike Barbera Mike is in his second season on the Varsity squad. A key contributor on the 2005-2006 team that made it to the state quarterfinals, Mike has battled a groin injury that has kept him sidelined for the entire season. Mike continues to provide support and leadership to the Lancer team. Michael has not selected where he will be attending college in the fall. He has narrowed his choices to the University of New Hamphire where he has recently been accepted to the Wittermore School of Business, Bryant University, Roger Williams University and Endicott College. He has also a recent recipient of the NHIAA Athletic Directors Male Student Athlete Award. Scott & Lisa are extremely proud of Michael who worked very hard to try and recover from his injuries this year to get back on the court and help his team win a championship. He has been there for every practice and game supporting his team all the way and something his coaches, his team, and family should be proud of.

![]() #3 Desmond Lumpkins Desmond is in his second season on the Varsity squad. Desmond’s athletic ability and exciting style of play has helped propel the Lancers to the next level this season. He is an unselfish player that is always willing to cover our opponents top scorer and do the little things that contribute to team success. He currently leads the team in steals and offensive rebounds. Desmond has had a difficult year adjusting to the myriad challenges of his senior year but he has, nonetheless, demonstrated an unflinching commitment to his basketball obligations -- to his team, his coaches. Desmond has always enjoyed playing basketball; he derives considerable pleasure from all things basketball. In his time with the team, Desmond has come to cultivate the discipline and committed effort necessary to improve his game. If only we can persuade coach Berger to work his miracles off the court, we would be set. We are grateful to all the coaches for their efforts on Desmond's behalf.
Desmond will be attending Rivier College next fall.
